We're in a brand new era for special cartoons like Amphibia, Infinity Train, and more. While these kinds of shows are really fun, there's still a problem surrounding them that's important to discuss: will they ever find more appreciation in mainstream audiences?

"Cal-Arts Style," otherwise known as "Thin Line Animation" has been a divisive topic amongst cartoon fans. But do bean mouths, noodle arms, and bobblehead proportions really mean the end of artistic integrity in the world of animation?
After the release of Turning Red (2022) dredged up vitriol from people who despised the art style, I decided to talk about Cal-Arts style, animation, and aesthetic trends in toons.
What do you think about the art styles in modern cartoons? Let me know in the comments!

In todays video I'm taking a look at an age old question of what makes modern cartoons so awful. Now a days cartoons just aren't treated with the same respect as they used to and have just became boring and unwatchable. So in todays video i'm gonna talk about why and give some examples of my own for terrible cartoons. If you do enjoy make sure to like comment and subscribe.
